Bill Database

The platform will keep track of all past invoices’ information so as summaries of utility bills can readily be made available for review. If the platform doesn’t track a real-time feed supplied from meter on the basis of which the billing is made, the customer can upload readings (see Bill Audit) for the purpose of establishing his bill database. The frequency of data reading uploads is entirely up to the selection of the customer. Bulk upload of data onto the platform can be done through MS Excel, csv files.
