The collection of data feeds from multiple facilities allows the gathering of telling benchmarking figures. Facilities are grouped on the basis of common, pertinent attributes such as their:

• Their geographical position
• Their orientation
• Their total electrical connected load
• Their total installed cooling capacity
• Their envelope’s U-Value
• Their fenestration ratio
• Their usage (Offices, Hospitals, Hotels, Residential, Retail, Mixed-Use, Educational Facilities, Industrial)
• Their opening hours
• Their areas (BUA, NLA, Air-Conditioned Areas),
• Their type of air-conditioning equipment (Air-cooled chillers, Water-cooled chillers, District cooling schemes, packages/windows/splits, no AC equipment)



Our platform will allow our customer to benchmark the energy data of each of his facilities to those of:

a) Facilities from the customer’s own portfolio. While the platform “suggest” the relevant benchmarking group (as per the grouping criteria listed above), the customer is free to form its own group from his list of facilities.

b) Similar (as per grouping criteria listed above) facilities extracted from EnergyTech’s anonymized portfolio of facilities.

The customer will then see how each of his facilities rank vis-à-vis the selected benchmarking groups, using an extensive list of metrics: Unit of Consumed Energy per area for a set duration (KWH/Sq.Mtr./Year…); Cost of Consumed Energy per area for a set duration ($/Sq.Mtr./Month…); Cooling’s Coefficient Of Performance for a set duration (KWHc/KWHe/Year, TonH/KWHe/Year); Cooling’s Production Cost per area for a set duration ($/KWHc/Year, $/TonH/Year )….
